Your membership in the WAMB is critical to our industry's future. With RESPA reform and many issues at state and local levels of government, your voice helps our elected officials understand how we benefit consumers. In addition, the membership offers an opportunity to participate in quality educational classes, outstanding networking opportunities, as well as, phenomenal discounts on events like our nationally-recognized annual convention. The Association has built Chapters throughout the state to bring all mortgage professionals closer to their Association.
IMPORTANT - POTENTIAL NEW MEMBERS PLEASE READ BELOW: Please note that the Board meets once a month (usually the 3rd Wednesday of the month) to approve new members. To make the cut-off your paid application must be received at least 3 days prior to the board meeting. Only AFTER board approval will your new member packets along with your free CE Coupon(s) be mailed to you - NO EXCEPTIONS. It can take up to 2 weeks AFTER board approval before you will receive the free CE Coupon(s). Since coupons must be turned in at the class you must have these in hand when you attend the class(es) or you will have to provide a different form of payment for the class. We do not reimburse for classes that were taken before you received your coupons. Please wait to register for CE Classes until you have received your coupons. The membership approval process does not begin until payment has been received.
