Your membership in the WAMP is critical to our industry's future. With RESPA reform and many issues at state and local levels of government, your voice helps our elected officials understand how we benefit consumers. In addition, the membership offers an opportunity to participate in quality educational classes, outstanding networking opportunities, as well as, phenomenal discounts on events like our nationally-recognized annual convention. The Association has built Chapters throughout the state to bring all mortgage professionals closer to their Association.

WAMP Now offers a new payment plan option - Now you can pay for your renewal in 4 monthly installments By choosing the payment plan option, you are authorizing WAMP to charge your credit card or debit your checking account for your dues in four monthly payments.  Your first installment will automatically be deducted on the day you renew or register.  The following 3 payments will be deducted from your account on the 15th of every month.  Dues are not considered current until all four payments are made.  Dues payments are  non-refundable.  If you have a change in account information before your dues are paid in full, you must notify WAMP.   To choose this payment plan option just click on your membership category and select the payment plan option.

Professional
    

(Mortgage Broker) ($630 ) Mortgage Broker. This classification shall be open to any individual, partnership or corporation licensed as, or acting as a Mortgage Broker (Mortgage Broker shall mean an individual, partnership or corporation that is licensed under the Mortgage Broker Practices Act or the Consumer Loan Act).  Mortgage professionals rely on WAMP for strong industry representation as well as lobbying to protect their business. In addition, WAMB brings outstanding educational opportunities to keep members ahead of new compliance regulations and processes. Professional memberships include 8 Hours of continuing education class instruction. 
Professional Loan Originator
    

($250) Loan Originator Membership is not open to parties qualifying to be Professional Members. Professional Loan Originator Members must be licensed in the state of Washington.  While the membership pays for itself in educational discounts, loan originator members also value the networking opportunities with Lenders and Mortgage Professionals. Professional Loan Originator memberships 8 Hours of  continuing education class instruction. 
Professional Associate Individual Member
    

($250) Professional Associate Individual Members are any individual employed or contracted by a professional member who does not originate loans.  This category would include non-licensed personnel such as owners (broker must be a member however), processors, office managers, administrative staff.  Professional Associate Individual Memberships are not open to individuals qualified to be Professional-Broker/Owner, or Professional-Loan Originator Members.  Professional Associate Individual memberships include 8 Hours of  continuing education class instruction. 
Affiliate
    

($605) – Affiliate Members are lenders, service providers and others who are not classified in any of the other membership categories. Members do business with members. The Association encourages Affiliates to join and network with other members. The marketing exposure to brokers and loan originators pays for itself.
Associate Affiliate
    

($200)  Associate Affiliates are employees of Affiliate companies.   While the membership pays for itself in educational discounts, associate members also value the networking opportunities with Lenders and Mortgage Professionals.
Professional with PAC donation
    

($665 – includes the PAC Donation) Mortgage Broker.
